We are now hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to take ownership of our marketing data infrastructure and analytics. This person will oversee all marketing data sources, dashboards, and performance metrics, and will help shape one of our most important strategic capabilities: data-driven marketing.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a unified marketing analytics foundation and delivering actionable insights across all channels. Your work will include integrating data from multiple sources (CRM, web analytics, ad platforms, and partner referrals) and developing performance dashboards to inform decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity to refine our attribution models and conduct cohort analyses, helping the team understand how each campaign and partner contributes to growth. You will collaborate closely with our Partner Marketing team and other marketing verticals to ensure data accuracy, align on metrics definitions, and identify opportunities to improve ROI. Throughout, you’ll have the backing of our VP of Marketing, who will provide strategic guidance and support to ensure your analyses drive meaningful improvements,

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven professional to support our marketing team and turn raw data into strategic insights. This position calls for someone who can blend technical expertise with business acumen. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing complex SQL queries and building data models as they are translating raw data into meaningful insights for marketing decisions. You should be passionate about using data to drive growth and are proactive in identifying both problems and opportunities. Willing to take ownership of projects, work well independently, and communicate effectively with colleagues. Above all, we’re looking for someone excited to leverage data in a mission-driven environment where analytics directly help our organization AND our clients.
